Warranty

Every Voltsen product is covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and battery degradation. Warranty units are repaired or replaced from our warehouse in Oakleigh, VIC. You don't ship anything overseas.

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@voltsen.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and (ideally) a short video or photos.
  2. We'll diagnose and respond within one business day.
  3. If we can fix the issue remotely (e.g. a firmware update, a settings change), we'll walk you through it.
  4. If not, we'll send you a pre-paid return label.
  5. We repair or replace the unit, and ship it back to you, at no charge.

Out-of-warranty repairs

After the 3-year warranty, we still offer paid repairs at our cost. We keep replacement cells, inverters and chargers in stock for every model we sell. In most cases a cell replacement is significantly cheaper than buying a new unit, and we'll quote you up front before doing any work.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
