These terms govern your use of voltsen.com.au and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
Voltsen is a trading brand of Optitec, an Australian business based at Unit 5/18-20 Edward St, Oakleigh, VIC 3166. All references to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Optitec trading as Voltsen.
We work hard to make our product descriptions accurate, but we do not warrant that they are free from error. Where a product specification differs materially from what was advertised, we will replace the product or refund you in full.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Where a price is obviously incorrect (for example a $1,900 unit listed for $19) we may cancel the order and refund you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Zip and PayPal via secure third-party processors. Title in goods passes to you on full payment.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any single order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
