Returns & Refunds

We back every Voltsen with a 30-day risk-free trial. Take it camping, run it for a season, decide if it's right. If it's not, send it back for a full refund. We even cover the return freight.

How the 30-day trial works

1. Order any Voltsen product. Use it however you would normally use it.
2. If within 30 days of delivery you decide it's not for you, email support@voltsen.com.au.
3. We send you a pre-paid return label.
4. Ship the unit back in its original packaging (plus accessories).
5. We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the unit.

Conditions

• The unit must be in working condition. Normal use is fine; serious damage (drops, water, modifications) may reduce the refund.
• You must have the original packaging. If you've thrown it out, we'll send you a replacement carton at no charge.
• Bundles (power station + solar panel) must be returned together for a full refund. Partial returns get a partial refund.

Faulty products

If your Voltsen arrives damaged, fails on first use, or develops a fault within the warranty period, see our Warranty Policy. The 30-day trial is for change-of-mind returns; warranty covers manufacturing faults.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
