Most orders ship the same business day from our warehouse in Oakleigh, VIC if placed before 2pm AEST. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

You'll get a dispatch email with a tracking number within minutes of your order leaving the warehouse. Click the link in the email any time to see where your unit is.
The Base 2400 and larger solar panels (Sun 200) ship via StarTrack or Aramex with signature-on-delivery. If nobody is home, they leave a card and you can re-book or collect from the local depot.
All Voltsen products contain certified lithium cells and are shipped in compliance with IATA and Australian Dangerous Goods regulations. We work only with carriers approved to handle them.
